Rust-en-Vrede and the Clay Museum in Durbanville will be hosting an Anglo Oriental retrospective exhibition, an invitational contemporary exhibition of work in the same genre and in the CUBE an exhibition of tea bowls inspired by and in the style of Anglo Oriental ceramics.

There will also be four retrospective exhibitions of potter that worked in the Anglo Oriental tradition in the Clay Museum. Retrospectives by Brian Haden, Esias Bosch, Tim Morris, and Hyme Rebinowitz.

This exhibition has two parts; Heritage exhibition of African vessels from the Iziko collection and a CSA members exhibition of smoked fired vessels inspired by this genre.
Opening on Thursday 13 November at 6pm, opening speaker Professor Magdalene Odundo. Iziko Slave Lodge, Adderley Street Cape Town Open Monday to Saturday 10h00 to 17h00
This exhibition showcases the finest ceramics produced by members of Ceramics SA. The award judge is Magdalene Odundo International ceramic icon.
The exhibition will be held in the Great Cellar, Alphen Estate, Constantia, Cape Town.
